Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we work with a printing partner to fulfill orders quickly, we might not be able to change or cancel your order once it's placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@alicewilliams.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at inquiries@alicewilliams.com with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange for a replacement.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our fine art prints, we do not accept returns. If your print arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damaged Items" section above.
